Cornelia Diethelm Digital ethics – a success factor for new business and trade models?
Digitization makes individualized pricing possible, for example, as well as advertising aimed at specific users thanks to emotional targeting, the use of bots and customer dialogue via voice and face recognition. Where do customers value such options? Do they have reservations or even dismiss them entirely? And where are the conflicts with established values? That is what this presentation is all about.

Your added value in terms of trade
Traders are primarily interested in new technological possibilities. What is lacking is the means of addressing the needs of customers and employees as well as dealing with open issues that we all ask ourselves as members of a society. The talk shows why the digital ethics trend is of strategic importance to Swiss trade.
