Prof. Dr. Dominik Georgi is responsible for the Marketing Management unit at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He focuses on customer relationship management and the sharing economy in his research, training and practical projects. He also heads up the research projects “Customer Centricity Score” and “Sharing Monitor Schweiz”.
