Dr Darius Zumstein Cross-border e-commerce: challenges and solutions
Only every fifth Swiss online shop sells chiefly to customers abroad. According to a survey of online retailers, many barriers put them off exporting. In particular, customs, customs processing and logistics are challenging. The presentation will provide answers: how can the online shops from Swiss manufacturers and retailers sell (or sell more) to customers abroad? How can they successfully handle customs control and logistics?
