gaxsys GmbH was founded in 2008 and specializes in integrating high-street retailers into the e-commerce operations of brands and online shops. In the time since gaxsys GmbH was founded, a very long time in retail terms, there have been many changes at the retailer, customer and systems (including software systems) levels. This session gives insights into what barriers needed to be overcome and what the state of integration of high-street retailers is today.

Details on the speaker
Philipp Kannenberg, a member of the gaxsys Executive Board, is responsible for Key Account Management and internationalization. He assists brands with PoS integration in online shops, holds discussions with retailers, and is responsible for quality management. He also gives lectures at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the HECTOR Business School.
