We have analysed the D2C market in the DACH region and held discussions with numerous companies active in the field of D2C retail. We present the results of this market study.

Prof. Dr Katarina Stanoevska-Slabeva is an honorary professor in information management at the University of St. Gallen and Managing Director of the Institute for Media and Communication Management. Her research focuses on the digital transformation of customer experiences as well as topics such as digital business models, digital communication and competences.
