Prof. Martina Dalla Vecchia is a lecturer in e-commerce, digital marketing and digital leadership at FHNW. In 2000, she developed Switzerland’s first certificate course in online shops and conversions. Further courses: marketing automation, data-driven marketing and digital marketing and sales. Her current focus topic is the digital transformation of “retailers into media companies”.
