Dr Dirk Vater is a partner with Bain & Company in the Frankfurt office and joined the firm in 2004. He has more then 25 years consultancy experience working with financial services institutions around the globe. He is the global head of retail banking and is heading our Banking practice in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Dirk has significant expertise in large transformation programs and strategy development in financial institutions especially in retail and SME banking. Especially in the last ten years Dirk has focused his assignments around the globe on Digitalization projects.
